Totally buggy, numbers change for no explicable reason. I entered the purchase price and financing information, then started entering the income, and the app changed all the purchase information with no rhyme or reason, with NO correlation to what was entered. Absolutely worthless. You cannot rely on any calculations or analysis this offers. I deleted the app.

Only thing that works on this app is the pop up adds. Crashes regularly and the design of the app from a user stand point could be a lot easier. Dont pay for this app.

Was just browsing and then I get an invoice. Will cancel credit card and no more aps.
